Rates
$80.00 per hour for individual therapy sessions.
$90.00 for couples sessions.
This fee includes billing your insurance, routine phone calls , texts, and emails between sessions for schedule changes and needs.

Insurance
I am a preferred provider for Blue Cross PPO and POS Plans, United Behavioral Health, Aetna, Cigna, ValueOptions, MH Net, Psychealth/BCBS HMO , Magellan, and several other mental health and EAP groups.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions. You can usually call your plan by dialing the number for either customer service or a separate number for MH/SA benefits. You will need to have your card ready so that the representative can find you in their computer system.
- Do I have mental health benefits? And/or do I have EAP benefits?
- Do I have a co-pay? If so, how much per visit ?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an in network provider versus an out of network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Please get an authorization number and bring it with you to your first session.
- I will take it from there.
Payment for service is always rendered at the time of session.
I accept personal checks, cash, as well as Paypal through this website.
